Powered Cover Handling
A large swim spa cover can be awkward to move by hand. BIGEER's powered lifting design raises the cover above the spa, reducing the need to handle and carry a separate cover during everyday use.
Use the supplied touch panel to operate the system according to its operating instructions. The cover remains part of the installed structure as it moves between its lowered and raised positions.

An Overhead Position That Keeps the Cover Close
The vertical arrangement keeps the raised cover over the swim spa. It can suit projects where storing large cover sections beside the pool would interrupt the surrounding layout.
Include the lifting columns, mounting positions and service clearances in your site plan. The space required for the installation extends beyond the water surface itself.
Custom Sizes and Colors for Your Installation

For a new installation, plan the swim spa, lifting structure and nearby decking together. For an existing spa, provide photographs and measurements so compatibility can be assessed before ordering.
Details that help define the right configuration include:

Covering Your Swim Spa Between Sessions
Lowering a properly fitted cover over an unused swim spa helps keep leaves and airborne debris away from the water. Covering the water also helps reduce evaporation and the heat loss associated with it.
The lifting system makes opening and covering the spa part of a repeatable daily routine. Thermal performance depends on the selected cover construction, edge fit, weather and how consistently the spa is covered.
For a heated swim spa, discuss the cover panel and sealing details alongside your climate and usual operating temperature. Continue the normal water-care routine recommended for your spa.

Installation Space, Power and Compatibility
Overhead Clearance and Surrounding Structures
Check the full path of the moving cover against roof overhangs, pergolas, trees and nearby structures. Allow room for the raised cover as well as the lifting mechanism.
A quoted lifting range of up to 1.5 m does not establish the final standing clearance beneath the cover. Use the installation drawing to confirm the finished dimensions.

Mounting and Service Access
Have the installer review the supporting surface, fixing positions and lifting-column layout. Keep the spa's equipment panels and the cover system's service points accessible after landscaping or decking is complete.
For an existing installation, provide photographs of all sides of the spa and the surrounding area.

Electrical Preparation
The catalog lists 220 V input and operating voltage, with a separate 24 V control circuit. The 24 V control specification does not mean that the complete system runs from a 24 V supply.
Have a qualified electrician confirm the supply frequency, circuit, protection and connection requirements for the ordered configuration.

What Is the Difference Between a Lift Cover and a Cover Lifter?
A lift cover is a complete cover arrangement designed to move above the spa. A conventional cover lifter is usually a mechanism that helps you fold, pivot or store a separate cover.
The BIGEER product shown here uses a vertically lifting cover structure with powered operation and a smart touch panel.
-
How High Does the Cover Lift?
The listed lifting range is 0–1.5 m, depending on the product configuration. This describes lifting travel. The final height above the water or spa rim must be confirmed from the installation drawing.
-
How Long Does It Take to Raise the Cover?
The listed lifting speed is 0.5 m per minute. At that speed, 1.5 m of travel would take approximately three minutes. This is a calculated estimate; actual operating time depends on the configured travel and operating sequence.
-
Can It Be Installed on an Existing Swim Spa?
An existing swim spa can be assessed for compatibility. Send its model, exact dimensions, photographs and available installation space. Mounting conditions, rim shape, lifting clearance and electrical provision all need to be reviewed before a fit is confirmed.
-
Does the 150 kg Load Rating Mean People Can Walk on the Cover?
The listed maximum load is 150 kg, but that figure alone does not establish a walk-on rating, snow-load rating or safety-cover certification. Request the applicable load documentation for the selected configuration and follow its operating limits.
-
How Much Does a Custom Swim Spa Lift Cover Cost?
Pricing depends on the cover dimensions, selected configuration, finish, installation requirements and delivery destination. Request an itemized quotation showing the supplied components, delivery scope and any installation services.
